The Universal Nation

The abolition of the system of nations as independent sovereign states is the present’s paradigm, and the greatest global need, and the solution to many of the major problems of modern humankind, all at once.

It is a vibrant truth that the 21(st) century shall end with no constituted nations such as we understand them today.

For individuals, as well as for peoples, being rightly oriented in their own time is the key-note to leading a sensible life in tune with the nature and needs of that time.

If at the beginning of the 20(th) century the peoples and governments of the world had grasped the true nature and need of their time, they would have precluded humanity from experiencing some of the greatest pains and torments in its history, such as massacres of all kinds, senseless fights, genocides, national and continental divisions, ideological persecutions, dictatorial regimes, and even two world wars. All of these had to be given up, and their opposite expression has replaced them every time.

The then countries being at war with each other are now united under a same institutional, geopolitical, economic and socio-cultural framework. The then enemy nations are now walking every possible path to social, cultural, economic, institutional and political integration. The intransigent ideologies have given way to more inclusive, more just and more humane thought-lines.

For centuries, the watch telling us the time had been functioning through the same internal system. However its outer form, the watch inside would always bear the same kind of movement. Sometimes the parts would be of steel, sometimes of gold, sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller but, every time the same system was there making all watches of the world work and strike the time.

One day a change of paradigm took place. Someone invented the digital watch: a finer, much more precise and much less costly mechanism. Not the same system any more. No more wheels, springs, axes, dials, or hands to keep and strike the time. The digital watch represented, then, a great change of paradigm. A much more synthetic, dynamic, accurate and practical system was born displacing all its predecessors.

The Present and Its Paradigm

Today’s paradigm –21(st) century’s paradigm– is not nationalism, nor regionalism, nor continental integrations but, directly Universalization: a so-called Universal Nation –or the social habitat of World Citizens.

Partial international integrations such as the European Union, as well as purely elitist politico-economic alliances –like the one constituted by the nations of the self-designated “first world”– have proved so far to be only padlocked oasis of disproportionate undeserved abundance and increasing massive squandering, which function solely on the basis of the institutional, social, cultural, economic and political subjugation and debilitation of the rest of the countries, regions and continents. They are express declarations of war against the rest of the globe; powerful exclusion shields. Ethnic-sealed associations created for those groups’ benefit, and sustained on the sacrifice and privation of the rest of the world’s inhabitants, and on the degradation and depletion of the natural resources of their corresponding habitats. An I-save-myself-and-myself-alone type of strategy disguised in glamorous diplomatic suits.

There is today not a single pinch of humanity in such organizations, yet when their initial ideal was then adequate for its time. They do not represent the need of our present time. They all are pre- and post-war conceptions based upon the sense of defense from and attack on an enemy and, all at once are the ultimate, best consummated expression of imperialism and colonialism.

Creating today such exclusivist associations only means creating increasingly larger war fronts. It means declaring the rest of the world your ethnic, social, cultural, economic, institutional, political and spiritual enemy. Their existence leads exclusively to the absolute global economic and ecological collapse. Maintaining these associations means ensuring the mass destruction of the world ­–which includes them themselves.

World’s present-day need and crisis are of such an immeasurable dimension that solely a world-wide measure can solve them. We must understand once and for all that The World Is A Global Concern. We must save the human race from experiencing today unnecessary pains and torments. We must not make the same mistake that our previous generation made one hundred years ago, just for a little later in time –such as they did– take to the path of the opposite direction and, only after producing a great deal of destruction and disintegration.

If the world of women and men be one sole and a same Universal Nation, no more need for enemies will again arise anywhere.

The Present and Its Nature

Today we are at the beginning of a new geological period –what many are innocently calling “climate change”. The planet works on cycles; that is its physiology. We are only at the end of one of its geological cycles and entering a new one.

At the highest circles of world decision-making the idea of climate change is firmly settled. No one would dare to doubt this scientifically proven reality.

The geological metamorphosis that is taking place entails, among other factors, a new geographical distribution of the habitable and arable land areas on the planet and, it will also involve the displacement of hundreds of millions of people all over the globe in the years just to come [According to a joint report by the WMO (World Meteorological Organization) and the IOM (International Organization for Migration), One Billion people are estimated to leave their places of residence before 2050 due to sea-level rise, floods and droughts]

This geological re-arrangement is of such a magnitude that it will exact from humanity, as a whole, a most strenuous and committed spiritual, intellectual and physical effort in order to adapt itself to the new universal environmental condition and geographical morphology. It will be the challenge of all times for humanity; a transformation of a nature unseen through the last millennia defying reason and every concept that we may have of our living on Earth.

The so-called climate change will only then accelerate the process of integration towards the state of universalization. Directly will it force it to take place allowing no chance for an alternative.

To these phenomena, it should be added the unprecedented colossal global demographic explosion which will swell the world population from around 6.7 Billion in 2008 to approximately 9.2 Billion in 2050; and, it could easily reach 11 billion –depending upon some variables–, according to the same authoritative sources.

Combined, the unsustainable intentional global inequality, the rapid geological transformation, and the global demographic explosion bring about a universal situation impossible to work out through the present means.

Famine in the poorer countries shall not go any lesser; it will rather grow wider endlessly. In all countries the unemployment curve will only rise to no end. Technological underdevelopment will deepen vehemently more and more. Crises, and clashes, and conflicts of all kinds will geometrically multiply themselves. Everywhere crime will escalate. Lack of basic resources and education will augment powerfully. And soon, the entire world will be equally touched.

Yet, leaving out climate change and the demographic explosion, the intentional global inequality is by itself sufficient to cause the world’s insurmountable collapse of natural, economic and energy resources at any time from now. The conditions are far too well given, and no more factors are required within the equation. The equation is in hours; not in years. It will occur irremediably and exceedingly soon, unless a transcendental measure of universal proportions is implemented to rectify the wrong course of humanity and neutralize its destructive effects.

The ungovernability and socio-economic unsustainability of the world are today very solidly ensured. Time is strongly against our ignorance, our stupidity and our personal, collective and corporative projects, speculations and ambitions. There is no time in the real sense; and there is all of the time in the potential sense.

The only way to go is Universalization –the establishment of a Universal Nation. No more foreigners, no more emigrants, and no more immigrants in the political-juridical sense. No more frontiers. No more nationalities and national identities.

Global Consciousness

The globe is at the portals of a new geological period. Humankind is at the portals of a new evolutionary stage. The geological processes have always been intertwined with human evolution. Each major geological process has represented a challenge and an evolutionary advancement for the planet and the kingdoms of its nature. As every other species of any kingdom, the human race has been responding to each and every major geological proposal with the development of a new higher evolutionary stadium.

The end of a glaciation approximately 2,600,000 years ago determined the beginning of the Paleolithic. The end of the last glacial period (which is also the start of the present stable world climatic period) prompted the advent of the Neolithic around 12,000 years ago, marked by the establishment of the first permanent communities together with the development of agriculture and animal domestication. That led to the birth of the first cultures proper, to social organization, to trade, and to incipient forms of government. Later rose the Metal Age approximately 5,300 years ago, characterized by the emphasis on the systematic development of civilizations and the subsequent constitution of nation states.

The beginning of the new geological cycle that is taking place today should represent the commencement of Global Consciousness, understood as the capacity of the individual to think in terms of the kind which they belong to –humankind– and, never in terms of their individual existence as something separate or separable. At the same time, they must be able to think in terms of the universal habitat within which they co-exist and which they co-inhabit –the planet–, comprehending that the existence of their kind depends on the existence of this universal habitat, which is simultaneously the habitat of other kingdoms of nature and their respective species that have an equal degree of right to exist and prosper to that which the human race possesses.

The principle sustaining the entire universe is Without A Species, There Is No Specimen; which in human terms means Without A Kind, There Is No Individual. Or, said in another way, For The Species Exists, The Specimen Exists. For The Kind Exists, The Individual Exists.

Only does an infinity of suns/stars exist; there is no sole sun. Only does an infinity of planets exist; there is no sole planet. Only does an infinity of constellations and galaxies exist; there is no sole constellation or galaxy. Solely and in truth, the group-collective existence sustains the individual-particular existence and, not otherwise. Anything existing exists in a group, or does not exist at all.

Therefore, in this new time of Global Consciousness, the human race must comprehend, among other things, that

* Prosperity Is Prosperity For All. Anything else is selfishness, or manipulation, or illegitimate appropriation and, is no prosperity.

* Justice Is Justice For All. Anything else is crime, or institutionalized partiality, privilege and abuse, or legalized injustice and, is no justice.

Other words for Global Consciousness can be Global Sensitivity, Global Sense, Global Perception, Global Responsiveness, Global Intelligence, Global Inclusivity, Global Responsibility, Planetary Consciousness, and Omniconsciousness. The most accurate synonym for Global Consciousness, with which all of the abovementioned terms can be substituted, is ‘Love’. Love is a scientific reality by means of which the entire universe builds and structures itself.

In medical sciences, this principle is known as “Homeostasis” or “Homeokinesis” –the principle of internal regulation whereby each atom, cell and organ is at the service of the totality of the system having no extra function.

The present-day disciplinary criteria of the environmental and geological sciences, as well as the very concept of ecology are getting ever closer to the acknowledgement of the principle of ‘Planetary Homeostasis’ (or ‘Planetary Homeokinesis’), in which the planet in its entirety –from the center of its inner core up through the outermost layer of the atmosphere– is recognized as an all-indivisible, all-responsive, interconnected, interdependent system.

The first incipient manifestation of global consciousness is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Its decisive manifestation should be the Universal Declaration of Human Duties –including those duties towards the planet and all its kingdoms–, thus, more in tune with the step into adulthood that humanity must take today.

The development of global consciousness represents the abolition of the age of selfishness in which humanity has been living up to now, wherein someone’s prosperity solely means, in its turn, someone else’s detriment; wherein someone’s well-being solely means, in its turn, someone else’s ill-being.

Global Consciousness is to be to the central pillar upon and around which humanity should build its true global culture, which is the culture of the globalized human being who is enriched, fused and elevated within diversity: the true World Citizen of this present time; an individual capable of consciously and spontaneously contributing to the general welfare of the planet and the balance of all its kingdoms, wherever they may be and whichever their role, and incapable of performing any other kind of activity. Anything else is no world citizen but, a world enemy; someone who consciously or unconsciously contributes to the human and planetary disequilibrium and works against the general well-being.

In the animal kingdom, it is the instinct which takes charge of keeping the balance. In the human kingdom, it is consciousness.

Global consciousness must rule and regulate every human activity without exclusion.

Global consciousness must take the place of that which we understand as ‘individual right’ and ‘sovereignty’.

Conclusion

One by one, all socio-political strategies, all financial and economic formulas and systems, and all humanitarian aid policies keep falling down into the abysm of outright failure without getting to solve the grave crises and deep problems of modern humankind. Each of these crises and each of these problems keeps growing very rapidly until reaching world-wide dimensions and affecting equally the entire world. There are proofs galore and, only of this kind.

It is fair to think that quite soon the very need of all the peoples of the world shall lead these to collectively acknowledge that any initiative not being universalization is no solution, and represents an anti-evolutionary move at the intellectual, social, cultural and spiritual levels.

For the first time in the history of civilized humanity, the individual need of any citizen of the globe is the same as the need of their people, of their nation, and of the entire world. That necessitates solely a synthetic, all-including solution. The Universal Nation is that very synthesis, and Global Consciousness is its most supreme right.

La Nación Universal

La abolición del sistema de naciones como estados soberanos independientes es el paradigma del presente, es la necesidad mundial más grande y es, a la vez, la solución a muchos de los problemas capitales de la humanidad moderna.

Es una verdad vibrante que el siglo 21 finalizará sin naciones constituidas tal como las entendemos hoy.

Para los individuos, tanto como para los pueblos, estar debidamente ubicados en su propio tiempo, es la nota clave para llevar una vida sensata en sintonía con la naturaleza y las necesidades de ese tiempo.

Si al comienzo del Siglo 20 los pueblos y los gobiernos del mundo hubiesen comprendido la naturaleza y la necesidad real de su tiempo, habrían evitado que la humanidad experimentase algunos de los dolores y tormentos más grandes de su historia, como las masacres de toda índole, las luchas sin sentido, los genocidios, las divisiones nacionales y continentales, las persecuciones ideológicas, los regímenes dictatoriales e, incluso, dos guerras mundiales. Todas estas cosas tuvieron que ser depuestas y han sido remplazadas por su expresión opuesta en cada uno de los casos.

Los entonces países enfrentados en guerra se encuentran hoy unidos bajo un mismo marco institucional, geopolítico, económico y sociocultural. Las entonces naciones enemigas transitan hoy todo camino posible hacia la integración social, cultural, económica, institucional y política. Las ideologías intransigentes han dado paso a líneas de pensamiento más incluyentes, más justas y más humanas.

Durante siglos, el reloj que nos decía la hora había estado funcionando con el mismo sistema interno. Como quiera que fuese su forma externa, el reloj tenía siempre el mismo tipo de mecanismo en su interior. A veces las piezas eran de acero, a veces de oro, a veces más grandes, a veces más pequeñas; pero en todos los casos, el mismo sistema estaba allí haciendo funcionar y marcar la hora a todos los relojes del mundo.

Un día tuvo lugar un cambio de paradigma. Alguien inventó el reloj digital: un mecanismo más fino, mucho más preciso y mucho menos costoso. Ya no más el mismo sistema. No más ruedas, resortes, ejes, cuadrantes o agujas para medir el tiempo y dar la hora. El reloj digital representó, entonces, un gran cambio de paradigma. Había nacido un sistema mucho más sintético, dinámico, fiel y práctico que desplazó a todos sus predecesores.

El Presente y su Paradigma

El paradigma de hoy –del siglo 21– no es el nacionalismo, ni el regionalismo, ni las integraciones continentales, sino directamente la Universalización: una así llamada Nación Universal –o el hábitat social de los Ciudadanos del Mundo.

Las integraciones internacionales parciales tales como la Unión Europea, al igual que las alianzas político-económicas puramente elitistas –como la que constituyen las naciones del auto-denominado “primer mundo”– han probado ser hasta hoy solamente oasis precintados de inmerecida y desproporcionada abundancia y creciente derroche masivo, que funcionan únicamente sobre la base del sometimiento y debilitamiento institucional, social, cultural, económico y político del resto de los países, regiones y continentes. Son expresas declaraciones de guerra contra del resto del planeta; poderosos escudos de exclusión. Asociaciones delimitadas por sus etnias, creadas para beneficio de esos grupos y sostenidas sobre el sacrificio y la privación del resto de los habitantes del mundo, y la degradación y vaciamiento de los recursos naturales de sus hábitats correspondientes. Una estrategia de tipo “me salvo a mí y a mí solo” disfrazada con glamorosos trajes diplomáticos.

No existe hoy una sola pizca de humanidad en tales organizaciones, aún cuando su ideal inicial era entonces apropiado para su tiempo. No representan la necesidad de nuestro tiempo actual. Son todas concepciones de pre y postguerra basadas en el sentido de la defensa y el ataque a un enemigo y, son a su vez la expresión máxima, mejor consumada del imperialismo y el colonialismo.

Crear hoy tales asociaciones exclusivistas sólo significa crear frentes de guerra cada vez más extensos. Significa declarar al resto del mundo tu enemigo étnico, social, cultural, económico, institucional, político y espiritual. Su existencia conduce exclusivamente al absoluto colapso económico y ecológico mundial. Mantener estas asociaciones significa garantizar la destrucción masiva del mundo –lo cual las incluye a ellas mismas.

La necesidad y la crisis actual del mundo son de una dimensión tan inconmensurable que solamente se pueden resolver con una medida de alcance mundial. Debemos comprender de una vez y para siempre que El Mundo es un Tema de Interés Mundial. Debemos evitar que la raza humana experimente hoy dolores y tormentos innecesarios. No debemos cometer el mismo error que cometió nuestra generación anterior hace cien años, únicamente para que al muy poco tiempo –tal como lo hicieron ellos– tomemos la senda de la dirección opuesta y, sólo luego de producir una gran destrucción y desintegración.

De ser el mundo de las mujeres y los hombres una sola y misma Nación Universal, no surgirá otra vez en ningún lugar la necesidad de tener enemigos.

El Presente y su Naturaleza

Hoy estamos al comienzo de un nuevo período geológico –lo que muchos inocentemente llaman “el cambio climático”. El planeta funciona en ciclos; ésa es su fisiología. Estamos solamente al final de uno de sus ciclos geológicos e ingresando en uno nuevo.

En los círculos más elevados de la toma de decisión mundial, la idea del cambio climático se encuentra firmemente establecida. Nadie osaría dudar de esta realidad científicamente comprobada.

La metamorfosis geológica que está teniendo lugar conlleva, entre otros factores, una nueva distribución geográfica de las regiones habitables y cultivables sobre el planeta y, también implicará el desplazamiento de cientos de millones de personas en todo el mundo en los años inmediatos a venir [Según un informe conjunto de la OMM (Organización Meteorológica Mundial) y la OIM (Organización Internacional para las Migraciones), se estima que Mil Millones de personas dejarán sus lugares de residencia antes de 2050 debido a la elevación del nivel del mar, a las inundaciones y a las sequías]

Este reordenamiento geológico es de tal magnitud que le exigirá a la humanidad, como un todo, un esfuerzo espiritual, intelectual y físico de lo más intenso y comprometido, a fin de adaptarse a la nueva condición ambiental y a la nueva morfología geográfica universal. Será el desafío de los tiempos para la humanidad; una transformación de naturaleza no vista durante los últimos milenios, que retará la razón y todo concepto que tengamos de nuestra vida en la Tierra.

El así llamado cambio climático sólo acelerará entonces el proceso de integración hacia el estado de universalización. Directamente lo forzará a que suceda sin permitir la posibilidad de una alternativa.

A estos fenómenos, ha de sumársele la colosal explosión demográfica mundial sin precedentes, que elevará la población del mundo de alrededor de Seis Mil setecientos millones en 2008 a aproximadamente Nueve Mil doscientos millones en 2050; y podría fácilmente llegar a 11 mil millones –dependiendo de algunas variables–, según las mismas fuentes autorizadas.

Combinadas, la insostenible desigualdad mundial intencional, la acelerada transformación geológica y la explosión demográfica mundial, producen una situación universal imposible de resolver con los medios actuales.

La hambruna en los países más pobres no disminuirá; por el contrario, se ampliará infinitamente. En todos los países la curva de desempleo sólo se elevará sin fin. El subdesarrollo tecnológico se profundizará con más y mayor vehemencia. Las crisis, los enfrentamientos y los conflictos de todo tipo se multiplicarán geométricamente. En todas partes el crimen se intensificará. La falta de recursos básicos y de educación se incrementará poderosamente. Y pronto, el mundo entero se encontrará afectado por igual.

Aún así, dejando afuera el cambio climático y la explosión demográfica, la desigualdad mundial intencional es por sí misma suficiente para producir el colapso insuperable de recursos naturales, económicos y energéticos del mundo en cualquier momento a partir de ahora. Las condiciones están sobradamente dadas y no hacen falta más elementos en la ecuación. La ecuación es en horas; no en años. Sucederá irremediablemente y excesivamente pronto, a menos que se implemente una medida trascendental de proporciones universales para rectificar el rumbo equivocado de la humanidad y neutralizar sus efectos destructivos.

La ingobernabilidad y la insostenibilidad socioeconómica del mundo se encuentran hoy muy sólidamente aseguradas. El tiempo está fuertemente en contra de nuestra ignorancia, de nuestra estupidez y de nuestros proyectos, especulaciones y ambiciones personales, colectivas y corporativas. No hay tiempo, en el sentido real; y existe todo el tiempo, en el sentido potencial.

El único camino a seguir es la Universalización –el establecimiento de una Nación Universal. No más extranjeros, no más emigrantes y no más inmigrantes en el sentido político-jurídico. No más fronteras. No más nacionalidades ni identidades nacionales.

La Conciencia Global

El planeta se encuentra en los portales de un nuevo período geológico. La humanidad está en los portales de una nueva etapa evolutiva. Los procesos geológicos han estado siempre entrelazados con la evolución humana. Cada proceso geológico mayor ha representado un desafío y un progreso evolutivo para el planeta y los reinos de su naturaleza. Como toda otra especie de cualquier reino, la raza humana ha respondido a todas y cada una de las grandes propuestas geológicas con el desarrollo de un nuevo estadio evolutivo superior.

El fin de una glaciación hace aproximadamente 2.600.000 años determinó el comienzo del Paleolítico. El fin del último período glacial (que es también el comienzo del actual período climático mundial estable) provocó el advenimiento del Neolítico alrededor de 12.000 años atrás, marcado por el establecimiento de las primeras comunidades permanentes, junto con el desarrollo de la agricultura y la domesticación de animales. Ello condujo al nacimiento de las primeras culturas propiamente dichas, a la organización social, al comercio y a formas incipientes de gobierno. Luego surgió la Edad de los Metales hace aproximadamente 5.300 años, caracterizada por el énfasis en el desarrollo sistemático de las civilizaciones y la consecuente constitución de estados-naciones.

El comienzo del nuevo ciclo geológico que está teniendo lugar hoy debiera representar el inicio de la Conciencia Global, entendida como la capacidad del individuo de pensar en términos del género al cual pertenece –el género humano– y, nunca en términos de su existencia individual como algo separado o separable. A la vez, debe ser capaz de pensar en términos del hábitat universal dentro del cual co-existe y el cual co-habita –el planeta–, comprendiendo que la existencia de su género depende de la existencia de este hábitat universal, que es, en forma simultánea, el hábitat de otros reinos de la naturaleza y sus respectivas especies, que tienen el mismo grado de derecho a existir y prosperar que el que posee la raza humana.

El principio que sostiene todo el universo es Sin Especie, No Hay Espécimen; lo cual en términos humanos significa Sin Género, No Hay Individuo. O, dicho de otra manera, Porque Existe la Especie, Existe el Espécimen. Porque Existe el Género, Existe el Individuo.

Sólo una infinidad de soles/estrellas existe; no existe el sol único. Sólo una infinidad de planetas existe; no existe el planeta único. Sólo una infinidad de constelaciones y galaxias existe; no existe la constelación o la galaxia única. Únicamente y en verdad, la existencia grupal-colectiva sostiene la existencia individual-particular y, no de otro modo. Cualquier cosa que existe, existe en grupo, o no existe en absoluto.

Por lo tanto, en este nuevo tiempo de la Conciencia Global, la raza humana debe comprender, entre otras cosas, que

* Prosperidad Es Prosperidad Para Todos. Cualquier otra cosa es egoísmo, es manipulación, o es apropiación ilegítima, y no es prosperidad.

* Justicia Es Justicia Para Todos. Cualquier otra cosa es crimen, es parcialidad, privilegio y abuso institucionalizados, o es injusticia legalizada, y no es justicia.

Otras palabras para Conciencia Global pueden ser Sensibilidad Global, Sentido Global, Percepción Global, Responsividad Global, Inteligencia Global, Inclusividad Global, Responsabilidad Global, Conciencia Planetaria y Omniconciencia. El sinónimo más exacto de Conciencia Global, con el que se puede sustituir a todos los términos anteriormente mencionados, es ‘Amor’. El amor es una realidad científica por medio de la cual el universo entero se construye y se estructura a sí mismo.

En las ciencias médicas este principio es conocido como “Homeostasis” u “Homeocinesis” –el principio de regulación interna a través del cual cada átomo, célula y órgano está al servicio de la totalidad del organismo, sin tener una función extra.

El criterio disciplinario actual de las ciencias ambientales y geológicas, así como el concepto mismo de la ecología, se acercan más y más al reconocimiento del principio de la ‘Homeostasis Planetaria’ (u ‘Homeocinesis Planetaria’), en el que se identifica al planeta en su totalidad –desde el centro de su núcleo interno hasta la capa más exterior de la atmósfera– como un sistema todo indivisible, todo responsivo, interconectado e interdependiente.

La primera manifestación incipiente de conciencia global es la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos. Su manifestación decisiva debiera ser la Declaración Universal de los Deberes Humanos –incluyendo los deberes para con el planeta y todos sus reinos–, más en sintonía, así, con el paso a la adultez que debe dar la humanidad hoy.

El desarrollo de la conciencia global representa la abolición de la era del egoísmo en la que la humanidad ha estado viviendo hasta ahora, donde la prosperidad de uno únicamente significa, en su consecuencia, el detrimento de otro; donde el bienestar de uno únicamente significa, en su consecuencia, el malestar de otro.

La Conciencia Global ha de ser el pilar sobre y alrededor del cual la humanidad debiera edificar su verdadera cultura mundial, que es la cultura del ser humano globalizado que se encuentra enriquecido, fusionado y elevado en la diversidad: el verdadero Ciudadano del Mundo de este tiempo actual; un individuo capaz de contribuir consciente y espontáneamente al bienestar general del planeta y al equilibrio de todos sus reinos, dondequiera que esté y cualquiera sea su función e, incapaz de realizar otra clase de actividad. Cualquier otra cosa no es un ciudadano del mundo, sino un enemigo del mundo; alguien que contribuye consciente o inconscientemente al desequilibrio humano y planetario y trabaja en contra del bienestar general.

En el reino animal, es el instinto el que se encarga de mantener el equilibrio. En el reino humano, es la conciencia.

La conciencia global debe regir y regular toda actividad humana sin exclusión.

La conciencia global debe ocupar el lugar de aquello que entendemos como ‘derecho individual’ y ‘soberanía’.

Conclusión

Una a una, todas las estrategias socio-políticas, todas las fórmulas y sistemas financieros y económicos, y todas las políticas de ayuda humanitaria van cayendo en el abismo del rotundo fracaso, sin lograr solucionar las graves crisis y los profundos problemas de la humanidad moderna. Cada una de estas crisis y cada uno de estos problemas crece muy aceleradamente hasta alcanzar dimensiones mundiales y afectar por igual al mundo entero. Pruebas hay en demasía y sólo de este tipo.

Es justo pensar que muy pronto, la misma necesidad de todos los pueblos del mundo, les hará reconocer colectivamente que cualquier iniciativa que no sea la universalización no es una solución y representa un paso anti-evolutivo a nivel intelectual, social, cultural y espiritual.

Por primera vez en la historia de la humanidad civilizada, la necesidad individual de cualquier ciudadano del planeta es la misma que la de su pueblo, la de su nación y la del mundo entero. Ello requiere únicamente de una solución sintética, que lo incluya todo. La Nación Universal es esa misma síntesis, y la Conciencia Global es su derecho más supremo.
